Martina Novotny (guest member of the RETAIL NXT Advisory Council) She is Chief Digital Officer and a member of the Executive Board of the ANWR GROUP, one of Europe's leading retail cooperatives for shoes, sporting goods, leather goods, and fashion. In this role, she is responsible for the group's digital transformation, including IT, data management, digital commerce solutions, and organizational development.

Previously, she was CEO of C&A Mode GmbH in Germany, responsible for the digital and brick-and-mortar business as well as building an integrated omnichannel organization. She also gained further leadership experience at companies such as Gries Deco Company (Depot), where she played a key role in driving the integration of brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce.
