Christian Lülf is an AI Engineer at Thalia Bücher GmbH and, as technical project manager, is responsible for the development of Minerva, Thalia's AI assistant for employees in its bookstores. He holds a doctorate in Business Informatics from the University of Münster, specializing in machine learning and efficient information retrieval. With his involvement, Minerva was rolled out in all Thalia stores in Germany and Austria and received the EHI reta award in the category “Employee Empowerment” in 2026.
