Dörte Kaschdailis

Moderator / Member of the RETAIL NXT Advisory Council

Opexxia

Born in northern Germany, Dörte experienced the transformation of an entire country in 1989 and recognized early on that constant change is the only constant. Shaped by the uncertain conditions of the 90s, she moved to Hamburg, where, without financial support, she completed her studies in International Business Administration with the best thesis of her year. Even then, her passion for supply chain management and technical challenges was evident.

In the retail sector, she gained leadership experience at the OTTO Group and Planet Sports, where she recognized the importance of communication between sales staff and management. Since 2016, she has run her own consulting agency, opexxia GmbH, specializing in the digitalization of retail models and developing the WOPIS model for optimizing workflows, organization, processes, interfaces, and systems.

Dörte Kaschdailis is an experienced executive advisor, founder of opexxia, and an expert in strategic and operational business development. She is involved as a mentor, investor, and, since the founding of RETAIL NXT, as an active member of the Advisory Council, where she has played a key role in shaping the event.
