Dr. Henrik Kortum-Landwehr is Head of AI & Data Platforms at Thalia Bücher GmbH, where he is responsible for AI strategy, governance, and the operation of productive AI systems such as Thalia's own AI agent, Minerva. He holds a doctorate in business informatics with a focus on human-centered AI and brings over ten years of experience from research and industry, including at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). He also works as a lecturer at the Mediacampus Frankfurt.
