Henrike Lieder is a business psychologist and heads the AI ​​Transformation team at REWE digital. As early as 2023, she was responsible for the REWE Group's company-wide GenAI program as project manager, driving the development and scaling of the company's first generative AI applications. Since 2025, she has also led the cross-functional AI Hub team, which shapes the company-wide AI transformation with a focus on enablement, change management, and communication.

Previously, Henrike Lieder worked at the management consultancy OSCAR GmbH, where she progressed from consultant to project manager and finally to managing director. Her professional career began during her studies as a scholarship recipient of AXA Konzern AG in the field of digital transformation.

As co-author of the book "AI Revolution in the Working World" edited by Jörg Staff and Prof. Dr. Michael Groß, she also contributes her expertise to the public debate surrounding artificial intelligence and transformation.
