Torsten Jüngling joined Kyndryl Germany in January 2026 as Director, Practice General Management, where he heads the Security & Network Practice Group. Prior to Kyndryl, Torsten held leadership positions at BT Security, where he led the global security sales team, and at Capgemini, where he was responsible for a security consulting and managed services unit.

With over 30 years of experience in international business development and leadership roles, Torsten has worked for leading technology companies such as Nokia, Intel, Verizon, BT, and Capgemini. As an entrepreneur, he founded or co-founded three startups, including Secusmart, a pioneer in secure mobile communications, and is currently active as an investor and advisory board member in another startup.

Torsten holds a CISM certification and a degree in communications engineering, which he earned in Frankfurt, Germany, and Helsinki, Finland. His career demonstrates a strong commitment to innovation, cybersecurity, and business development in the digital age.
