General information
RETAIL NXT will take place on September 30th and October 01st, 2026 at the VILCO Congress Center Frankfurt/Rhine-Main.
On day 1, we start at 9 a.m. The program runs until 18 p.m. Afterwards, the Networking Night including the Newcomer Battle takes place.
The second day's program starts at 9:30 am and RETAIL NXT 2026 ends at 4:30 pm.
Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces in the VILCO underground car park. Parking is subject to a fee. You can find more details on the [website/document/etc.]. Arrival page.
In addition to coffee, drinks and snacks during the day, we also offer lunch at midday – including vegan and vegetarian options. Meals are included in the ticket price.
With our matchmaking platform and app, you can connect with our partners and registered participants in advance and arrange meetings at RETAIL NXT. We've also set up a matchmaking area on-site, which is perfect for spontaneous meetings. You'll receive more information about the app and its features from us via email in due course.
Of course, you'll also have plenty of time to network outside the platform. The program and breaks are designed to offer numerous opportunities to get to know each other and allow ample time for this.

Program
You can expect exciting insights into our key topics: Smart Store / IoT, AI & Analytics, Unified Commerce & Retail Media, Sustainability and much more – everything that is shaping the future of retail.
You can expect two stages: the Main Stage and the XPO Stage. No registration is required for the sessions on these stages – just come along and be inspired. We also offer a variety of masterclasses.
Most of the program sessions will be held in German. Some international speakers will speak English.
No, RETAIL NXT is a purely in-person event – personal encounters and genuine networking are our focus.
Masterclasses & other side events
The masterclasses are exclusive, practice-oriented sessions in small groups. Here you will deepen your knowledge of specific topics with industry experts, gain first-hand insights, and be able to ask questions directly.
Approximately four weeks before RETAIL NXT, you will receive access to your personal booking platform. There you can secure your places for the masterclasses – it pays to be quick, places are limited!
No, masterclasses are included in the ticket price.

Yes, of course – as long as there are no overlaps and there are still places available, you can book multiple masterclasses.
In addition to the main program, there are exciting side events such as the RETAIL NXT Connect Run, Morning Yoga and much more.
Yes, registration is required for some side events – you will receive information in good time via email or can find it in the app.
Networking Parties
The networking party on September 30, 2025, in the main hall on the upper floor of VILCO is the place to meet for good drinks, music, and inspiring conversations. Here you can connect with others in the industry and end the day in a relaxed atmosphere.
Participation is included in your ticket. Advance registration is not necessary.
RETAIL NXT Connect RUN + MORNING YOGA
On the second day, we'll start the day with some exercise – a relaxed group run or a soothing morning yoga session. It's the perfect way to energize yourself and start the day feeling refreshed. You'll also have the opportunity to meet other participants and chat in a casual atmosphere.
You can simply come along and join in. The run starts at 7:30 am. The meeting point is the main entrance of VILCO. We'll run together for about 45 minutes.
The morning yoga session runs from 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. and takes place in the VILCO garden room. The meeting point is directly in the room. Yoga mats will be provided.
Participation is free.
Comfortable sportswear, running shoes – we'll provide plenty of water and a good atmosphere.
