Tim Engler is an experienced manager specializing in digital transformation and IT. He began his career at Otto (GmbH & Co KG), where he worked in various departments and was involved in developing the strategic roadmap as a strategy consultant.

Tim Engler has been with OBI Group Holding since 2013, holding a variety of positions, including Head of Digital Business & E-Com Tech, Director of IT, and currently Managing Director of IT and Senior Vice President. In his current role, he leads the IT department, drives digital transformation, and fosters collaboration between the business units and the technology department.
