- Arriving by car
In the VILCO underground parking garage, about 350 parking spaces are available for a convenient and worry-free arrival. Additionally, there are 20 electric charging stations available. Please note that parking fees for using your own car are chargeable and not included in the conference ticket. If the VILCO parking garage is full, you will be redirected by parking space guides.

- Arrival by plane
In the interest of sustainable event organization, we kindly ask you to use air travel only if absolutely necessary. The venue was deliberately chosen in central Germany to allow environmentally friendly travel by train from anywhere.
If you need to travel by air, book a flight to Frankfurt Airport (FRA).
From the airport, you can easily reach VILCO by S-Bahn:
Board the S8 at Frankfurt (M) Airport Regionalbahnhof (direction Offenbach -Main) -Offenbach Ost Ostbahnhof) and travel to Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof. There, transfer to the S5 (direction Friedrichsdorf Bahnhof) and go to Frankfurt West. Upon arrival, transfer to the S6 (direction Friedberg (Hessen) Bahnhof) to Bad Vilbel. Follow the signs to VILCO/RETAIL NXT from Bad Vilbel station.
The train journey from the airport to VILCO takes between 34 and 45 minutes.
