Sonja Moosburger is an experienced leader in innovation, digital transformation and strategic projects. She is currently Vice President Operations at Organic Garden, where she has been responsible for managing business operations since May 2022. In this role, she works closely with the management team to establish efficient processes and ensure Organic Garden’s product and service quality. She also drives digital transformation and develops innovative strategies to strengthen the company’s market position.

Prior to her current position, Sonja Moosburger was Managing Director at MediaMarktSaturn N3XT, the company’s innovation department. There she led a highly qualified team and played an essential role in identifying, testing and scaling relevant retail innovations. She was also involved in the creation of the open innovation platform Retailtech Hub and shaped the company’s innovation strategy.
